I come to Christian Brothers to get my car worked on because I know I’ll get quality service every time. Andrew has always made sure my car was taken care of and that nothing is overlooked. Both Andrew and Garrett are professional and they’ve always made sure I drive away satisfied.

I took my car to the Chevy dealership because my car turned off right after I turned it on. Then it stalled a little. Fortunately Chevy didn’t have time to view my car at the time of the appointment so I headed back home. I checked my mailbox and had an ad for Christian Brothers Automotive. I took it as a sign from God & decided to go. When I got there, Garrett let me know of the full process. I also explained my situation as I am currently in chemo treatment. After the shop did a full bumper to bumper diagnostic, the shop called and gave me an update. The report was thoroughly detailed and included videos and photos. I was going through Carshield and it was extremely challenging to deal with them because of all the back and forth in denials, but Garrett kept advocating for me. He kept me in the loop and was very honest. Although I did have a small out of pocket cost, to no fault of the shop, Christian Brothers has themselves a customer for life. The respect, the care, and the overall experience was a 10/10. I felt like I was being treated like a human being instead of just another repair goal and money grab. A huge thank you to Garrett & the entire Christian Brother Automotive sta

I hit a brick on the road and my catch plate started dragging on the ground, I called in the same day and Garrett told me to bring my car in to take a look, immediately took it in and removed the plate from my car. He also explained to me the purpose of having the plate and why it wasn’t necessary. Thank you for the quick and attentive service!!! I will be recommending to friends!!

First time customer, thoroughly pleased with Christian Bros for many reasons: professional, courteous staff, comfortable/ inviting waiting facility, knowledgeable, helpful, explained things without asking 50 questions. Today I had a courtesy inspection with 3 potential problems. All 3 were resolved, quickly, thanks to service manager, Garrett, and service Advisor, Andrew. What a pleasant experience! I will certainly be returning with confidence to this business which displays high integrity and transparency from the start. I can confidently recommend them highly! Customer service like this we don’t see too often anymore!

My experience at Christian Brothers was extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, I brought my car in because the oil pressure light came on. They completed a free diagnostic and told me it would take a few hours. During that time, Garrett drove me home and spoke highly of the company’s core values, customer service, and his years of experience, which initially made me feel confident in their ability to help. However, after the free diagnostic, they claimed they could not identify the issue and recommended a full diagnostic at my expense. After paying for the diagnostic and approximately $1,200 in repairs, I expected my vehicle to be properly fixed. Unfortunately, less than a week later, the warning lights started flashing again. When I returned, instead of standing behind their work, I was told they needed to “figure it out” and would charge me again for another diagnostic. This was very frustrating and felt unfair after already spending so much money. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I will not be returning.
